Revised Indemnity Agreement

The Board has revised our Indemnity Agreement to include property owner use of the Air Curtain Incinerator (ACI). We are asking that all property owners sign the new form if you will be asking the Caretaker and/or Property Manager to do plowing or other work on your property. We will not be able to perform any requested work on your property without this form signed by you. If you have signed a prior version that does not include use of the ACI, that agreement is now null and void.
